Frida Kahlo: Appearances Can Be Deceiving transformed multiple existing gallery spaces into a cohesive exhibition exploring the artist’s life, work, and personal collections. Research conducted at Casa Azul in Mexico City informed the design, material palette, and custom display solutions throughout the exhibition. As Senior Exhibition Designer, I led the exhibition design, casework development, graphics, construction documentation, and vendor coordination, working closely with fabricators, registrars, conservators, and installation teams to deliver a complex exhibition on an accelerated schedule.
